Cost depends on stand size, height, materials, storey count and city. As a broad guide, a well-finished custom stand typically works out per square metre, with modular and rental systems costing meaningfully less. Share your floor size and show name and we will send an itemised quotation — not a ballpark.
Yes. We prepare the first photoreal 3D concept at no charge and revise it until you are satisfied. You only pay once you approve the design and confirm the project.
For a custom stand, four to eight weeks before the show is comfortable. Double decker builds need longer because of venue structural approvals. Modular and rental stands can be turned around in about two weeks.
Yes. We deliver turnkey international projects across the UAE, Europe, the UK, Singapore and the USA, covering freight, customs, local codes and on-site supervision under one contract.

Yes. Rental and modular systems suit brands exhibiting at several shows a year. We reskin the graphics and reconfigure the layout for each venue, and store the system between events.
We do. Stand drawings, structural certificates, fire-rated material declarations and contractor paperwork are submitted to the organiser by our team as part of the project.
